This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags, hygiene liners, and original packaging.
  • Swimwear items cannot be returned if the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged, for health and safety reasons.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Time Limit

You must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Process & Timelines

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that bank processing times may cause delays in the refund appearing in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged items), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
