Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our store.

Return Eligibility

You are allowed to submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel.

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Worn, damaged, opened, customized and clearance/final‑sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Send an email to lager.saviors7w@icloud.com, please include your order number, product details and return reason.
  2. Our support team will reply within 2‑3 business days and send you complete return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when items are defective, damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong product.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to show up on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed.

Exclusions

We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by buyers. Discounted final‑sale products cannot be returned or refunded.
